Perfect Leader

First of all, in my opinion the leader should be their thinking and abilities are higher than other people. In fact, they have to show the best way to many people. Therefore, they have to know for the future, what will happen when we do that. Otherwise, I don’t mean the leader should be perfect in many things. As we all know that no one is perfect, because we are human. Eventually, we are not perfect, but we should have the leader categories depend on situation. For example, the leader should be kindhearted, broadminded and justify on every one. According to Animal Farm like Snowball and Boxer are we can not say the best leaders. Because, the Snowball was just gave suggestion and without action and also he is not enough skills to lead Animal Farm. He could not plan his windmill. That why, later on his project were not successes full. However, Boxer is just his work himself. He doesn’t share to his member. In real life this kind of leader is not good for new generation. That’s why, be come gap between the older and the young people. In fact, in Burma higher leader are they don’t want to quite and also they don’t want to show to younger people. Under like this leader the countries never develop. So, the leader is very importance for the public. Finally, the perfect leader is must be loyalty on his/her public and should be patriotic. At the time country is peaceful and the leader will long live. That’s why, we should know the leader is just not work hard and give order. The perfect leader should be use to harmony on (4) differences of leadership skills. And the leader should be flexible.
